Rent-to-Own is available on Factory-Built sheds up to 12’ wide, NOT on larger sheds, built-on-site sheds, double-wides, animal shelters or playhouses. A Rent-to-Own contract

• requires a landlord release (if you rent your home or land),
• cannot cover site prep costs, and
• requires that you not modify the shed before the contract is paid off. A liability damage waiver is available.
